DICK IMFELD, Owner

Dick has been the back bone and second generation of IC Refrigeration since 1964 following in his father’s footsteps. Dick is a 1963 graduate of Cal Poly. In 1985 the founder of IC Refrigeration, W.W. (Bill) Imfeld passed away. It was at that point that Dick along with his wife Shirley took over all operations at IC Refrigeration. Dick’s main focus is mentoring his son Rich in preparing the third generation of IC Refrigeration for continued success.

RICH IMFELD, Owner

Rich is the third generation of IC Refrigeration. Rich growing up in and around the company and being the son & grandson of the two men who ran IC Refrigeration became an official part of the IC Refrigeration team in 1992. He received his BS from Fresno State after serving four years in the United States Navy. He has also received his MBA in 2001 with an emphasis in Production Efficiencies. His fields of knowledge include refrigeration, general HVAC, design/build and green technologies.

Troy Watts, installation Manager/sales

Troy has been a member of the IC Refrigeration team since 1989. He is a 1985 graduate of Ceres High School with 4 years of college in the courses of apprenticeship layout, welding and fabrication. Troy brings 21 years of experience to any residential or light commercial HVAC job. He’s experienced in architectural sheet metal, gutter fabrication, installation, estimating, scheduling and customer service. Troy has been the managing supervisor to our sheet metal department training quality installers for years.

TRACEY BUCK , controller

Tracey has been a member of the IC Refrigeration team since 2006. She brings 18 years of construction accounting experience with her. She joined the team to be part of the third generation success. She oversees the office staff and day to day office functions.

KEVIN SILVA, specialty metal manager/sales

Kevin has been a member of the IC Refrigeration team since 1998. He is a 1986 graduate of Turlock High School, 1993 graduate of MJC for Sheet Metal Installation followed by a 1994 graduation of Cal Trade Welding School certifying him in Mig, Tig, and Arc Welding. Kevin earned his Commission on Teacher Credential for Metal Fabrication in 1995. Kevin brings over 20 years experience to the job in residential and commercial architectural sheet metal and air balancing. Kevin specializes in stainless steel fabrication and kitchen installation.
