The I.C. Refrigeration "Clean & Check" Program is designed to:

• Reduce nuisance breakdowns
• Increase unit performance
• 10% OFF parts during the service
• Higher priority during breakdowns
• American Standard Customer Care feed back
• Call is C.O.D. - No prepayment required

Requirements of the program:

• Program self renews. You will not have to resign every year
• First service is regular price after signing up. All other maintenance will qualify for the discount

1. Download the "Clean & Check" form (175Kb, Adobe PDF required) or you may call our office and have one faxed to you.
2. Print out the form.
3. Fill out the form with the appropriate information
4. Fax form back to I.C. Refrigeration at (209) 538-8335.
